About Pro Panel Build
We’re a dedicated control and power panel manufacturer just outside Southam, Warwickshire, building panels to our customers’ drawings for every kind of industry.
Our story
A panel shop built for the people who use one.
Pro Panel Build was set up in 2026 by people who have spent their careers in industrial automation and panel building, with more than 30 years of experience between them. Over that time we kept seeing the same problem. OEMs, line builders and controls companies need panel builders they can rely on, but most panel shops are part of an integrator that is chasing the same customers.
So we built a panel shop that focuses on panels. We don’t write PLC software or sell turnkey automation projects. We build control and power panels to your drawings, properly, and we deliver them when we say we will. If you’re not sure what you need, we can complete the electrical design for you as well, in EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical. Either way, you can hand us your work without handing over your customer.
Most of our customers first come to us for a one-off panel, and most of them come back. Around 80% of our work comes from word of mouth, which tells us more than any advert could.
We work as an extension of our customers’ teams. Some use us for every panel they make; others use us when their own workshop is full. Either way, the job is the same: take the panel build off your hands and get it right first time.

Do it properly
Every panel is built to the drawings and the standard, routine verified to BS EN 61439, and documented. Ferrules on every core, labels on every device, and a layout someone can maintain in ten years’ time.
Be straight with people
Realistic lead times, clear quotes with our assumptions written down, and early warning if anything changes. If something on the drawings doesn’t look right, we say so before we build.

Kieran Higgins
Kieran runs our shop floor and looks after every job from quote through to delivery. When you call about your panels, he’s the person you’ll speak to.
Every panel we build is wired by fully qualified electricians and tested by qualified testers. We never hand your panels to under-qualified labour, because the quality of a panel comes down to the people who build it.
Our workshop at Unit 1E, Cornwood Farm, Napton Road, Stockton, Warwickshire CV47 8HU is set up purely for panel building, with space for mechanical preparation, wiring, testing and factory acceptance tests. It’s central for the Midlands, and you’re welcome to visit at any stage of your build.
