Control panel manufacturing
PLC, HMI, safety and remote I/O control panels, built to your drawings by qualified electricians in our Warwickshire workshop, tested to BS EN 61439 and delivered anywhere in the world.
Control panel manufacturing
Control panels built properly, whether it’s one panel or one a month.
We build control panels for OEMs, line builders and controls companies who want a panel shop they can rely on. Send us your EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or PDF drawings with a bill of materials and we’ll quote, procure, build and test the panel to them, or work with the hardware you free-issue to us.
Every panel is wired by fully qualified electricians and tested by qualified testers before it leaves. Repeat builds are done the same way every time, so the tenth panel matches the first and drops straight into your machine.
Not sure exactly what the panel needs? We can complete the electrical design for you first, then build to it.
What we build
What’s covered.
Large or small, one-off or regular, built to your drawings or to a design we complete for you.
PLC and HMI panels
Main control panels built around the PLC, HMI and network hardware you specify, laid out for clean wiring and easy fault-finding.
Safety control panels
Panels with safety relays, safety PLCs and emergency stop circuits, built and tested exactly to your safety design.
Remote I/O and field panels
Remote I/O cabinets, junction boxes and marshalling panels that keep field wiring short and tidy on site.
Machine control panels
Repeat panels for OEM machine builders, built to the same layout, labelling and test standard every time.
Line control panels
Multi-bay panels for production and assembly lines, delivered as a set to your installation programme.
Operator stations
Pushbutton stations, pendants and operator enclosures to match your main panels.

FAQs
Common questions about our panel building.
If your question isn’t here, give us a call or send a quick message and we’ll come straight back to you.
What do you need from us to quote for a control panel?
Ideally your schematics, a panel layout and a bill of materials, with any free-issue items marked. If you only have early drawings, send what you have and we will give you a budget price and firm it up as the design develops.
Can you build to our own or our customer’s electrical specification?
Yes. We regularly build to customer and end-user electrical specifications, including approved component lists, wire types, labelling standards and documentation requirements.
Can our engineers load and test software before the panel ships?
Yes. Every panel gets functional checks against the drawings, and you are welcome to bring your engineers to our workshop to load software and run a factory acceptance test before delivery.
How long does a control panel take to build?
It depends on the size of the panel and on component lead times. We give you a realistic lead time with your quote and tell you early if anything changes.
