Most drive problems on site come down to how the panel was built: heat that has nowhere to go, screened cables terminated badly, or power and control wiring run side by side. We build drive panels to avoid all three.
We follow your design and the drive manufacturer’s installation guidance for EMC, with 360-degree screen terminations, segregated cable routes and filters where specified. We look at cooling as part of the build, so filter fans or air conditioning are sized for the heat the drives actually produce.
From a single drive on a conveyor to a multi-drive panel for a full line, every panel is tested and documented before it leaves.

Do you work with free-issued drives?
Yes. Many customers free-issue drives and PLCs they have already bought, and we build the panel around them. Just mark free-issue items on your bill of materials.
How do you deal with heat in drive panels?
We look at the heat produced by the drives and other equipment and make sure the cooling in your design can handle it. If something looks undersized, we raise it before we build.
Can you parameterise the drives?
We build and test the hardware to your drawings. Drive parameters and software are normally set by your engineers, who are welcome to do this at our workshop before delivery.
